How do returns work for direct purchases?

All items must be returned within 14 days in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and with the tags still attached.

Please note that Style Lyrical does not cover the cost of returns. To do this we would have to increase the price of our pieces and we would like to keep the prices of all our pieces reasonable.

We advise that all goods be returned via a recorded method of delivery such as Royal Mail signed for, Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier. Please ensure that you get a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your Post Office or carrier. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. Style Lyrical will not be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us and you will remain billed for lost items.

Style Boxes

How can I track my Style Box delivery?

Once your Style Box is ready for delivery, we’ll send you an email with your tracking code so that you can track the status of your delivery.

Where do you currently deliver?

The Styling Fee covers delivery within the United Kingdom.

We do deliver to other countries in Europe for an additional shipping fee.

Do you deliver internationally?

At present we do not offer international delivery outside Europe.

How does returns work?

Your Style box will include a pre-paid returns label.  Stick that over the original shipping label on your box and email your Stylist to arrange a collection date for your box.  She will arrange a next day collection for you.

Will I be charged if I return everything?

You will not be charged if you return your Style Box within 4 days and all clothes tags are attached to the good and the clothes have not been worn and are in a saleable condition.

How long do I have to return the items I don’t want?

You have 4 days to try your clothes on at home and return any items you don’t wish to keep back to us, via our collections service. Your 4-day period begins from the date our courier delivered your Style Box to your address.

What happens if I can’t return my Style Box within 4 days?

If you don’t ship back any clothes within 4 days, you will be charged for the entire order on the 5th day.  If you have any specific questions or queries relating to your order, please email us at:

What happens if I don’t like anything in my box?

Our key focus is to help you find at least one item that you love in your box. 

After the delivery of your Style Box, your stylist will ask for feedback on each of the items she selected for you.  If you haven’t purchased anything from your Style Box this time round, please be sure to leave feedback on each piece so that we can improve our selection for you for future Style Boxes.

What do I do if I love an item but it doesn’t quite fit?

Send an email to your stylist and, if there is availability, we may be able to send you another size.
